1. Acceptance of Terms

One Account Per Player

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

• You are under 18 years of age or otherwise ineligible to hold an fv333 account.
• Your account has been used for fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal purpose.
• You have engaged in bonus abuse or any form of system exploitation as described in Section 5 and Section 6 above.
• Your continued use of the platform poses a risk to fv333, its other players, or its third-party partners.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your fv333 account at any time by contacting support fv333.app. Prior to closure, you must withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Bonus funds remaining in a voluntarily closed account will be forfeited. Account closure does not affect any legal obligations or rights that arose prior to the closure date.

Effect of Closure

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or initiated by fv333 — you will no longer be permitted to access the fv333 platform using that account. If the closure was initiated by fv333 due to a Terms breach, you are also prohibited from opening a new account. Attempting to circumvent a fv333-initiated account closure by registering a new account constitutes a further breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction agreed upon by the parties, with English as the language of proceedings.
